image.jpg Alright everyone here we go.. Just got my batch #2 50ml jug. Will be doing full log. Gym log, food log, gear log, times. Have pre bloods I will post later. Will get bloods done 6 weeks in. Here is the run down:

33 year old
5' 10"
220lbs
16% bodyfat
3rd Cycle

Gonna run 2ml on Monday and Thursday starting this Thursday as my gpzservices pack has yet to arrive.

So my meal planning for the week is done on Sunday. I use intermittent fasting. Eat from noon to eight pm.

24oz chicken grilled
2 sweet potatoes
2 cups cauliflower
1/4 cup peanutbutter
1 banana
1 apple

Now i follow this daily with switching out 8 oz for either steak or salmon once a week. Sometimes asparagus or broccoli for the cauliflower and usually throw in salad every other day. Always fruit for carbsand sweet potatoes. Will post weekly food log on Sunday when I prep for week and will post lift log saturday when I finish my 6th workout for week.
 
Pins come tomorrow, so will pin Thursday. Will be rotating delts and quads. 2ml twice a week. Thursday and Monday. 6 weeks will get full blood panel.

I have the exact same eating hours... Noon to eight. Been doing if for years now, single best way I've found to avoid over eating.
 
First shot in delt went smooth. No pip, but im a bitch and use 25g 1" in my delt. Slow and steady. Like i said 6 weeks and ill drop the bloods on here.
 
Alright guys. Will log last weeks food and lift logs after gym today.
Am gonna stick to E3D 1.5ml injection schedule. First was right delt at 9:30pm on weds. Gonna stay at that time as it is pre-bed shower time and easiest. Went other delt sat night. Hitting quad tomorrow.
 
Well here goes. I am a creature of habit when it comes to food. So my meal plan is simple.
12: 3/4 cup rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1 egg, cinnamon to taste, baking powder. Mixed and ground to make a protein waffle.
2: 12oz chicken grilled, handful almonds, brussel sprouts
4: 1 banana, 1 cup jiff to go cup, aminos and Mr. Hyde pre
6: 1 cup chobani plain greek yogurt, 1 banana, aminos
8: 12oz chicken grilled, 1/2 avocado

This is daily. On fridays I sub in 12oz steak at 2pm.
Sat and Sunday are fasted every weekend until last of month and then it is cheat weekend. This past weekend was pizza and wings sat and sunday was sushi and a pint of greek frozen yogurt. Even on those cheat days I only eat once.
 
Lift log:

Is currently the Arnold Blueprint. Started day one one Wednesday which was same as first injection. Figured I loved it last time I geared up. Will post weights on lifts weekly on Wednesdays.
