One year in....

So Meso, it's been a full year. I lurked for a few weeks or so before I joined and even picked out a goofy name because I figured I would get run out of here quick as fuck, lol.

Well, I became part of the community and haven't looked back!! I have learned more than I thought I would, have made some great connections with some great folks and look forward to returning every damn day.

I want to thank @Millard Baker for the opportunity Meso gives us and I want to thank all of the great guys and gals I've had the pleasure of meeting along the way. It's been a pretty wild year for me in terms of growth of power. Can't wait to check back in after another year!!

Sully's voice huh? Sully has that accent no doubt. They were bigger than life itself around these parts. Seems like forever ago.
 
@Ickyrica happy belated Meso birthday. My question to you, sir, is why are you still at "member" status when you have thousands of messages, "likes" and 138 trophy points?

i believe he asked the boss to change his WKM status to member, since some members (usually noobs) are easily mislead in to thinking WKM's and above are guru's of some sort.

Of course, he explained it in a much more humble way... i believe it was Icky... Maybe i'm wrong? Sue me, i'm exhausted. :D

Keeps from getting constant PMs from people asking questions and is an easy way for people to actually read your post and think about it instead of them just assuming you're correct because you have some sort of status here. I keep mine because I don't want people fact checking what I say and hope they just assume I'm right because I'm a WKM cause otherwise the jig would be up and I'd be a nobody :oops:


Glad to have ya here @Ickyrica (first time I've ever tagged you thought it was Lckyrica not icky your name finally makes sense to me!)

@MisterSuperGod is on the right path. I had Millard dumb my WKM status down to member. I didn't want anyone following my lead so to speak. I'm still very green with AAS and it's a disservice to pretend like I'm the man and know tons of info. I'm obviously very active but it's more about lifting for me than AAS.

I'm cool with a bump to awesome member when the time is right though!!

I'm not proud of what I had to do to earn it... :oops:

I honestly have no idea how I got it... Just popped up one day, no obvious rhyme or reason. Anyone that's been around Meso for any length of time knows the titles mean next to nothing.

I plan to shoot Millard a PM at some point and ask to make it read just member. I feel I'll have come full circle then.
