What do y'all feel about this whole '2 working sets per exercise' concept? I can see where it comes from, but the only think I'm concerned about is for back. Since changing to only doing BB Rows and Chins for back (on separate days, 4 sets each), I have seen great results as far as back development. Would 2 sets of each really be enough to make gains? Intensity is not an issue as I go to failure/near-failure every set....but will that be enough?
