Opinions on my homebrew and blood work

It's probably not as accurate this way, especially if you're assuming low purity from the beginning. If you assume less purity it means the raws will displace a different amount of liquid once dissolved. So you can't calculate how much carrier oil you really need based off formulas. Your total volume might be under or over and at that point you're stuck with what you got bc any change will affect the ratio of BB, BA, and concentration of the hormone. That is unless you purposely leave some of the carrier oil out until the very end to get the desired volume.

What I do is figure out the concentration and volume I want to make. Calculate how much raws, BA, and BB I'll need. Fill a beaker to the total volume I want with water using a syringe to be as accurate as possible bc lines on a beaker can be off. Mark the line with a fine point marker. Empty beaker and dry it thoroughly with heat.

Add my raws BA and BB. Heat it till its dissolved. Then I'll add enough carrier oil to get to the line I drew. This way I'll have exactly the concentration I want (assuming the purity is what I assume it is lol) exactly the concentration of BA and BB I want, and the carrier oil volume used is what it has to be to get the correct volume.
The only difference between what we do is the order in which its done.

I know raws will be cut or stepped on, that's why I figure in 20%.

I'm certainly no expert. I've brewed 5 small batches, but if you count how many times I had to mess with the last prop batch, it's 10 now.;)

I do like this debate though. I've now tried it almost every way you guys have talked about. The tren ace batch I just made, i added the bb and let it sit overnight. It didn't completely dissolve as I try to use as little bb as possible. The next morning I heated my carrier oil to just under 185 and added it. No problems. My npp I added the powder to the oil and heated, then added bb and ba. No problems.

The test e, I added the bb and tried to get it to dissolve, but it was very clumpy and waxy and wouldn't dissolve. Again I heated the oil and added it. It never crashed. It's only 250mg/ml.

I can't really join the argument of which is better or more accurate as I'm a newb, but I'll be checking back here to see what gets talked about.

I should add that the reason I started brewing my own was the horrible pip from the short ester ugl stuff I was using so that's why I keep the chemicals as low as I can just to get it to hold.

30 minutes is right around the time I'm done....and that'd being extra extra careful. I just like watch raws dissolve in carrier oil, which to me is better. There's less chance of overheating the raw itself. I think most guys problems are they over think the process, plus having all the ingredients on the table in front of them gets overwhelming, while remaining sanitary...
I don't use heat. If what you are doing is working for you that's all that matters brother.

Test e would not dissolve? Never heard of that. That is one of the easier esters to work with.

Using the calculator, I had it set for 280mg, I think, 10% bb, 1% ba, 50ml. It wasn't much bb and when I received my test e, it was a hard little rock. I worked with it a little, but there were still some sizeable chunks. As soon as I added the warm oil, it melted like butter though. I let it set and it never tried to crash.

I really don't like guessing at the amount of powder to use, but I guess it's part of the game. One person told me to add 10%, another said 30% to make up for impurities in the raws. But, since it's just for my use and I don't sell it, loan it, give it away, etc I can live with it and just try to perfect my recipes with blood work, at least for the testosterone.

I have brewed test e at 400mg/ml no problems. Your test e was hard as a rock? That's not a good sign. Don't ever use that source again.

I just assumed because of low melting point, it had melted then solidified back together. Am I wrong?

Edit: The source was one of the more expensive ones, not the same as the one I thought gave me bunk prop.

No you're right. Mine did the same and verified through blood work it was fine. The reason it took so long to dissolve is bc of the chunks. The solvents couldn't get at the interior until the exterior dissolved. You can add a little heat like you did or just crush the chunks up before adding anything g.

If I melt it I don't use it. I don't know mjf, test e isn't hard as a rock. I don't know what they sent you. You mind sending me a pm. I'd like to know which source is offering rock test e? Maybe it is meant to smoke rather than inject. You think they would tell you right?

My description may not be the best, but it was what I planned to tell my kids if they walked in while I was working with it. It reminded me of powdered laundry detergent that got wet and clumped up. Had that sort of rougher/larger texture to it as I was breaking up the clumps with a spoon. It got on my hand and then "melted" to my hand and the beaker I was working with while crushing it back to a powder. It was a combination of waxy and greasy as it melted in my hand.
