If you knew you weren't eating or training hard would you still take gear?
What would the purpose be?

I havent been on trt for over 10 yrs and never touched shit… why would i? To create damage to stuff? Make me feel like the juse is doing something? Makes no sense

Maybe a bit of gh to keep the fat at bay but other than that… no healthy purpose…

Now i have trigger finger Surgery on Monday, im just "knocking these surgeries down" one at a time, lol next in line is shoulder/bicep surgery, then nose surgery, my gains are stalled till next year most likely, now i just have to maintain what i have built , Hell , by the time im 55 ill be fully"rebuilt" , haha

Why wouldnt you be training and eating well? what is the context here?

Would i blast grams of gear if i wasnt training and eating well? no, thats fucking stupid.

Could i see someone that only maintains 2-4 sessions a week in the gym with a decent diet running something like 200-300mg testosterone and 100-300mg of some other compound with 3-5iu hgh for general wellbeing, recovery and supporting the lifestyle they want to live? sure.

someone that doesnt train, prioritize their diet and lives like a normal unhealthy person? no, i could only see a TRT dose test for them.

I just had a debridement, nerve decompression, and bicep tenodesis done on July 1. I already feel much better. I should be back to training the arm in 2-3 weeks. If you have a labrum repair too it might take a little longer. Good luck with it
they are talking about"full shoulder replacement", i have a full biceps long head tear(re-ruptured) and full tears of the infraspinatus and supraspinatus(re-torn) rotator cuffs, Waiting for "another more detailed MRI" before we decide if its necessary for the full shoulder replacement, NOT looking forward to this, but i need to get it fixed right, my dr knows about my passion for bb and genuinely seems to want to fix me "correct" the shoulder, This dr has 4.9 outta 5 stars on reviews , And is with a very Reputable Surgery company, not some "surgery center "that slap you back together so they can push you through, ,

Look at it this way.
I've known many guys over the years who didn't eat specifically for size gains or fat loss but they still went to the gym to casually lift and still used gear for strength gains or a pre workout boost. They mostly took orals in high doses a couple of hours before the session but I've known others who used short ester injectables like test suspension/prop etc too. These guys all trained with about 30%-50% effort and ate food like "normal people" and although that's not what I agree with I can kind of see their point now at my age. The gear gave them the little bit of extra edge they needed to stay motivated and stronger than they would be natty.

I had two surgeons recommend full replacement. I have severe arthritis and significant amount of worn/missing cartilage and my bicep had a lot of fraying. I badgered my surgeon for a more conservative treatment which is what I had done.

I’m hoping for 5 more years before replacement, I’ll be around 50 at that point. Some guys tolerate the replacement and don’t miss a beat. The life span for active people is approximately 15 years. most surgeons claim there are no restrictions or limitations post replacement.

I feel better now than prior to surgery, but time will tell if I should have had the arthroplasty.

If you feel the need to take gear even in these kinds of circumstances, just to give you a slight edge, then you should probably consider the mental and psychological aspect of it too. Could you put the gear down until you can train/diet right again? There are a lot people who don't even want to think about this stuff when they're not taking something, but I feel like it is also a mental game. If you love the gym and learned how to train natty properly before going enhanced, then you shouldn't have that much problem with it imo. But to each their own.
