Why is everybody grilling him for this? He’s just mentioning that he’s American because US Opti has a website, while EU Opti doesn’t, which led to the initial confusion. I dont think he was trying to be a dick

I get what you’re saying, but nah, that wasn’t just a neutral clarification. The wording was clearly tongue-in-cheek. If the goal was logistics, he could’ve said “you’re in the US, different setup.” Dropping “American” like that always comes with a little extra seasoning.

No hard feelings though, I’m not pressed at all. I’m just here for the banter. I only recently upgraded to the US passport anyway, still figuring out the controls.

And honestly, light roasting is kind of the forum’s love language at this point.

Because he was being a condescending asshole. He called someone a dumbass for pointing out opti has a website and made a dick comment towards me. Fuck that guy

damn that sounds super frustrating. honestly though opti is usually just slow as hell with the emails especially if they're backed up with orders. i've had them ask for my info twice before too and it feels like your talking to a wall but the pack usually just shows up out of nowhere. did you make sure you used the right link and not one of those fake mirror sites? if the url is legit you're probably fine just gotta play the waiting game for a bit longer which sucks i know... keep us posted if he finally gets back to you!!

I got my order . It showed up but it took about 12 days . In least I know now how his process works. Packaging was great
