Optimal Salbutamol Dosing

I know there is a page dedicated to it but I see a bit of varied information so I figured I’d ask. I am cutting and using salbutamol paired with tirz. From what I’ve learned the best schedule kinda follows this trend:

8mg (4+4) for the first two days+300mg caffeine
12mg next 2 days+300caf
16mg for the next two weeks+300caf

I don’t have ketoifen on hand (I have eye drops but I doubt that works) so I can’t really reset the tolerance so I’ll just have to take breaks.

I’ve seen posts about people moving up to 24+ of salb a day, but is that any extra benefit? I’m more than content to do so (assuming sides are fine) but I’m not sure if there’s any sort of linear relationship in terms of dosing and effects or not.

I’ve also read to use it for fasted cardio, so that’s what I’ve been doing. Obviously if there’s a better use case I’d love to know. Thanks all.

12mg is the most for me, and don't expect Clen-like results, but it's easy on the sides, which is a plus if you want to run it for longer durations
Yeah never done clen, never plan too tbh. The whole cardiotoxicity thing seems a bit worrysome. Then again I have done DNP twice so I guess maybe being scared of clen is not warranted :p

Am I supposed to feel something from these doses though? I always hear people complain about racing heart, shaking, etc…I am taking 6mg 3x a day and I haven’t really had any side effects (BP, HR, etc are all normal). Is there any more benefit to dosing higher?

I wouldnt dose higher. I think im quite desensitized to it but 8mg starts giving me headaches.

I've taken a lot of salbutamol and it's always tough to know if it's doing anything. I just don't think it's worth taking for fat loss. I guess if you are ultra disciplined it can give you an edge but I've never been able to figure out if or how much it helped me. It does make you breathe better which can be helpful physically and also psychologically.

The studies in mice and select few in humans pre GLP looked promising.
