Optimizing thyroid with bloodwork

Just got more bloodwork done and I had some questions about optimizing my thyroid levels. I'm currently taking 8iu GH per day with 100mcg T4 taken first thing in the morning and waiting ~10 minutes before taking anything else. Test dose is at 875mg/wk injected daily. The T4 was added because on previous blood work my T4 was low (total was below range, free was at 0.8 at the end of range, T3 free was at bottom of reference range).

Here is my latest blood work, everything is in range now however the free T4 is still at the very low end of the range and the free T3 has only increased from 2.3 to 2.9. Ranges and units are in brackets.

TSH: 1.17 [0.40-4.50 mIU/L]
T4 Total: 5.0 [4.9-10.5 mcg/dL]
T4 Free: 1.0 [0.8-1.8 ng/dL]
T3 Free: 2.9 [2.3-4.2 pg/mL]

Would I benefit from increasing T4 above 100mcg per day?

I'm currently taking 54mg of elemental iron from Ferrous Bisglycinate every morning just to keep my iron and ferritin in range.

Iron Total: 129 [50-180 mcg/dL]
% Saturation: 38 [20-48% calc]
Iron Binding Capacity: 338 [250-425 mcg/dL]
Ferritin: 52 [38-380 ng/mL]

Here is the rest of the standard blood work if anyone sees anything else that needs work. I will say that retatrutide has reduced my LDL cholesterol significantly. I take 5mg of ezetimibe per day and usually my LDL is in the 70s at this dose of test. With 2.1mg of reta per week it dropped to 44. I'm up to 3.5mg per week now and it has dropped to 29! I could drop the ezetimibe and still have ldl below 50, insane. I did not take a break from training before blood work, literally trained the day before so AST and ALT are a little high, GGT is 21 though (3-90 U/L range).
