Yes. 12.80iu is per vial which, at roughly 2iu per day, would last you 6 days. $130 buys what is commonly referred to as a "kit", which includes 10 vials. You dont typically get pins or bac water (which you will need to reconstitute the powder in each vial before use) with a "kit" - they need to be purchased seperately.
