Oral BPC-157 and TB-4 Fragment

Hi everyone,

I recently started an oral BPC-157 and TB-4 Fragment supplement. I have a severe right hand and wrist injury/disability (full wrist fusion and extensive nerve damage), and tried local injections, but could not tolerate it due to the pain. Finding an injection location that was nearby is difficult due to the scope of the damage. I saw positive results from the injections but it was not sustainable long term.

My question: has anyone else used oral BPC-157/TB-4 Fragment before, and were the results in anyway similar to the injectable form? Is it a waste of time and money, or is it worth trying more?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

imo, injecting these peptides would be more beneficial, i feel the stomach acids and it having to pass the liver would minimize the effects of these peptides if taken orally , i could be wrong though ?
Yeah, that is my feeling as well. I assume there is going to be some gastrointestinal benefits, but its difficult to believe that it will have anywhere near the same effect as a direct injection to the site of injury. However, I am always one to try if I can do so safely, so I figured it was a small investment to see if I could avoid the hassle and pain of the localized injections.

Thanks for your input, mate.

The effects of oral BPC-157 (arginate, iirc) are generally thought be restricted to the GI tract.

If your injuries are causing discomfort or outright pain, I'd use SubQ both - injected anywhere (some users prefer as close to the injury as possible).

Also consider Ateam's dosing protocol depending on severity. Up to 3 mg each daily.

I’ve found this to be true. Have used the oral versions of both with great success for stomach issues, but no other noticeable benefits. I don’t inject near the site of injury, as it is systemic, but I do “mega dose” comparatively to what other people use. A few mg a day for a few weeks. I don’t see why not given the price of this stuff nowadays.

Idk if they’re actually megadoses, comparatively to people taking 500mcg bpc a day I suppose it is. I’ve gone up to 5mg tb a day and 2mg bpc morning and night

I’ve found that front loading with 5mg tb 500 is beneficial for me

And I get shit for taking up to 20mg or so Bpc per day. SMH. lol

The rationale of this dosing regimen doesn't seem unreasonable. Hit 'em hard but brief for healing. 2-3 mg each per day (or more like Ben) for a few weeks. Then discontinue or lower dose for maintenance.

These compounds stayed under the radar for so long because people would dose 500 ug/d and get no healing.

I'd also consider Ateam's upcoming pre-surgery protocol. Have the compounds in your system literally while you're in surgery (instead of waiting until you get home).

Just be clear I’ve never taken less than 5mg day per in 4 years

How long did it take you to get at that dose @20 mg or so ?
Did you mess around with any other protocol or just titrate up to that high dose? Im just curious
This might not be 100% accurate but its close lol
Started off with doses of 250mcg 4x per day for probably 2 months then 500mcg 4x day for roughly 2months then 1 5mg vial per day for 8-12months then 2 5mg vials for a year then I started making my own 20mg vials and use roughly 1 per day for the last couple of years . Just seems like the more I take the better I feel and definitely duct tapes a lot of my issues which can only be resolved by taking a significant amount of time off.
