I weighed out one gram of winny, poured 7.8 ml of peg 300, heated it and then slowly added 31.2 ml of 190 proof. After mixing everything, all appeared well. However, one day later and I now have powder sitting at the bottom. Is the solution no longer any good? Can I swirl the solution and still draw up a dose? Any suggestions?

Yeah it will be fine just shake it good and it will be pretty close to 25mg/ml . Just draw it fast before it starts to settle .
On a side note to that, winstrol isnt a very soluble compound so getting a solution isnt gonna work well . Also , peg 400 is better for winstrol and anavar suspensions because of their high molecular weight . Ive seen that peg300/everclear recipe posted in a bunch of different places and its just a generic recipe for liquid orals . The difference between peg 3-4-6-800 is just that molecular weight they that they will hold in suspension.
