Orange's DNP Log(g)

Day 3:

DNP dosage 200mg (100mg 8:00 AM, 100 mg 3:00 PM)

Meals: as planned: Salmon and tuna
Water consumption: 11 Liters
Temp: 98.0F (Temps taken under tongue with $12 thermometer for now)
Weight: 2597 lb
Supplementation: As planned(Added B-complex for energy)
Sides: Night Sweats are starting. I took a nap on the couch and woke up in a soggy shirt.
Urine: Bright yellow(B-complex)
Cumshot: Slight yellow tint...lady complained it tasted like sewerage. [:o)]
Bodyfat: 19-22%
Water Composition: 65.0%

Note: Heart was fine today. Felt somewhat zombielike at work. Did five or six deliveries(On bike) and felt like I'd just gotten off a double. My lifts aren't down at all in the gym, but on the stationary bike, I feel like it's on full resisitance the whole time. MY socks have been soaking through during classes, and my feet smell. my hair has been getting greasy, so i have a good excuse to take cool showers 2-3x a day. I took some N.O Explode before a lift, and i felt like I was on ICE....which I was....but it was intense. My EFA intake is around 12 grams, but that is my only source of fat, aside from pam spray olive oil substitute. BMs are nasty. Had LOTS of trouble getting up today, nothing too serious though. Got up within 15 minutes of alarm going off. Starting to hate the taste of my chocolate Whey....Ready for something new. Added Lipoderm Ultra to the mix for some yohimbe....don't expect much. :)

You weigh "2597 lb" ? You shouldn't be using this stuff then. Ha. :p

That's why I need to use it. MY wrestling weight is 212! I need to drop 2,385 lbs by my next meet! Correct number should've read 259. Thanks. [:o)]

Note: Slept in like crazy today. Missed 3 Classes! Weight loss is substancial. People have been noticing. Can see very big differences in my build. Water intake sucked....Lost my waterbottle and was a mess without it :). Xenadrine helps immensely with energy.Guarana caffeiene seems to prevent crashing. I am getting stronger in the gym. Seems odd, I'm dropping fat like mad, but I'm doing alternate dumbell curls with 55's (up from 45), Squats are up 15 pounds per side. Calf extensions are up 10 pounds. Incline chest press up 5 pounds per dumbell. I don't get it. Maybe I've lost so much fat my arms weigh less. :) EFA's come up in burp form and taste like cow anus in my mouth.

Note: I am going to stop posting Bodyfat and water because the bodyfat doesn't move, and the water is rediculous. :) Pointless to post since it is voodoo and not accurate. Fat loss is Immense. Strength is high, energy is high. I have had a few carb cravings....nothing crazy. Chewed up some chocolates and spit them out. :) Had a bite of cake at a party. Not too worried about 10-12 grams carbs, though I wish I'd refrained. I'm considering purchasing some ISOPURE Zerocarb PRotein. 50 Grams protein, zero carbs, 160? calories. Stir with a spoon. Sounds pretty good, and is fairly cheap. That will knock off over 10 carbs a day from my 10-18 carbs I eat now. I will stay at 300 until I stop seeing results. I am thrilled with how it's going so far, so there's no reason to bump up. If it ain't broke, don't overdose it...or something like that. Temp undertongue was high....but armpit and ear are in low 97.x's. Not worried
 
Hello, just got back from gym, causght up a bit on the log, and took temp. Under tongue was 99.2F. This worries me a bit. I'm on 300 grams/day for 3 days now. Any thoughts. Cauold it just be gym heat. My water intake at the gym was meager, maybe 1.5 liters. Usually doa gallon. Help appreciated. Should I try to lower my core with a shower, or should I just over hydrate. Thanks.

Hey, after a good cool shower, some ice water, and some ALA(lol) MY temp is down to 97F Very happy. I shouldn't have tested my temp after the gym. Thanks for the advice Jugg.
 
So....I got water weighed....and The result was that I'm 27% bodyfat. (TRanslation: Put Gun to heat, pull trigger, rinse repeat)

Other than being depressed about the fact that over 1/4 of my body is fat, I'm doing well.
 
What are you using to measure bodyfat?

I am thinking of get a hydrostatic bodyfat testing after my cycle is done, would be fun to see the results.
 
I was using a piezo-electric resistance scale with the metal footpads, but it was shit, so I got water weighed. which is the most accurate if they can get a close estimate of your water content. But, since on DNP, my water is high. I also tried a caliper, which i could get a 5-10% difference depending on where i measured, and I'm talking about moving like 1-2 cm
 
dont worry about the bf to much OJ , your already taking action to correct it............. but i know how you feel oiver the last two and half years my bf has increased over dbl what it was before injurys.
just keep going ,be smart and safe and it will happen
 
Water weight is only temporary, so it's cool.

Agreed ... when i run DNP my face and body get all puffy from the water weight ... just do the right thing and about 7 days after your finished runnig the cycle .... the weight comes off and every time im like WTF this shits sickkkkkkk

Well, I looked a lot for a hydrostatic weighing facility in highschool when I was a fighter, and it's like looking for needle in an empty bowl. It's basically impossible(for me at least) to find one. Luckily, my school has a very large and accredited Excercise physiology program, so we were able to use the equipment for free. We did not have an airvolume flow device, which makes it basically impossible to know what your lung air volume is, but there's an equation the assitant used to see what volume of air should be left in my lungs after complete expulsion.....Bla Bla Bla it's pretty accurate but expensive and hard to find. I'll bet any local university will have the setup and rents it out. If not, those piezo scales work rather well iwithin 5 or 6 percent. They are pricy though, one of my roomates is a boxer, otherwise I would never have one at my disposal. Best of luck.

I believe that the longer, medium dosage cycle plans are best on DNP as you can strike a balance between sides and performance. For me, the magic number is 200mg to 300mg daily, with plenty of sleep and some caffeine during the day. I've done up to 600mgs, and, frankly, I'd rather extend the cycle and ramp up the cardio and dial in the diet and avoid the weak, breathless feeling common to users of higher doses...just some random thoughts based on my experience, and from reading the many excellent posts by Conciliator on this topic.

I'll follow along. BTW, which product are you using?
