Ordering Sperm Count

Anybody use a online source like labsmd.com to order own sperm count?

I searched labsmd and didn't see A test that did sperm count?

If anyone could point me in a direction that would be great.

I've had test done before off cycle/TRT but insurance sucks so every doctor I see has a fee and a deductible
