I mean, none of my sources are shipping it obvious and most have pretty good stealth. But one just shipped a vial in a bunch of tape. I just received GH from international that is supposedly in PO Box right now, sooo.... I assume its discreet enough, but I'm not requesting anything specific

No I did not. I don't know how reshipment works, maybe they will send it discreet shipping. Not sure. But I have seen phamacom discreet shipping. I'm pretty sure you'll get it.
Chinese pkg's are red flagged by our Customs. Chances are better your PKG will be opened and looked over than if it was shipped from Australia or Switzerland, for example.
You don't need "contacts" on the East Coast/New York to hire a remailer from there. It's a legit business.
What sucks for you guys getting packs seized from Pcom is they only reship paid products...no free items re-shipper.

Is it based on shipping location ? Or is it because how package looks? I just never had this big of An issue before with packages being opened and siezed
Location. The "Country" of China is "red flagged" by our Customs. No matter what the pkg looks like it chances are better that it will be opened. Still...based on the sheer # of pkg's coming from China they cannot open every pkg.
"Discreet" or "Stealth" refers to how the items in your PKG are disguised not the outside of the PKG. The contents will be labeled as something besides gear. Maybe prayer oils?
I have no idea how they ship. I've never ordered. That items are shipped labeled as something other than what they are to bypass Customs isn't a secret or something unknow to LE.
Even ordinary packages containing electronics or other non-drug items from China are opened. I noticed that quite often with small electronic items I buy that are shipped direct from China have been opened for inspection, and I am on the East Coast.
Designer drugs out of China. I'm sorry to say It is going to get worse.
