OTC Estrogen Blocker

Looking for an OTC estrogen blocker to stack with D-aspartic acid. I'm 18 so I'm not trying to go on cycle of do anything too extreme. Heard a lot of good things about triazole. Open to any suggestions as well as triazole testimonies.

Indole-3-carbinol or DIM....IMO Triazole is just some minerals and herbs along with a bunch of bro-science and the famous "Proprietary Blend" marketing crap.

You don't need anything to control estrogen when taking DAA. It won't raise test levels enough to require one.

I seriously doubt daa is going to do jack shit for you at 18. It did raise test levels but only in men with really low levels of T which is pretty unlikely at your age. There was actually a more recent study that showed daa lowered test levels so who knows what's right.
