Over 40 AAS users

Age 49 (in September).

Currently running:
300mg/wk Test C
450 mg/wk Boldenone
Letrozole as needed to control E

Plan on dropping Test down to 150mg/wk soon, now that my supporting tissue in my forearms are now healed and getting stronger. Will stay on that until September then add 50mg/ED Tren Ace for a 60 day run. I'm thinking I'll drop the bold at the end of the year and continue to cruise on Test C at 150mg/wk.
I'm a big fan of cruise and blast.

I would have started using earlier ,l was already 50 when I started and my test levels had already plummeted to the 200"s . Once I got on TRT my body perked right up , it must have been test-starved ....lol. :D

I am 40 and if I could do it over I would be much smarter about my AAS usage. In my early years I was using whatever I could get my hands on in doses that were way too small to affect a body comp change. I remember using 50mg of Laurabolin a week and wondering why I wasn't getting anything from it, stupid. As far as training goes I would not have trained like a powerlifter. The guys I worked out with believed that to be big you have to be strong first. There is definitely some truth to that but the residual effect is a lot of joint damage, lighter volume work is much more hypertrophic.

At 35 I would have started a self administered TRT of 150mg/wk Test E or C. Wouldn't have had to play catch up.

Would have been doing 5x5 training and got big and strong as an ox!

I started TRT when I was 35 and love it! I didn't know what PCT was so I screwed up my natural test levels and had to go TRT, its been a real blessing!
 
If i could go back to my 30s i would have done a bit more research and vetted out sources with more diligence. I was a long time anabolex board member and never took the time to think about sponsors and the relationship with the people running the boards. After finding this place and reading a few threads it now makes sense as to what i have seen going on with a few sponsored sites.

Ah well, hopefully i have learned the lesson the hard way and won't just be rolling the dice(to that extent at least) in the future. The labmax tests were something i had no knowledge of prior to a couple of months ago. I think those are a godsend. I don't see why anyone would run anything without spending a small amount of cash to test it first now.

100mg EW Deca run this every late winter through late June for basketball leagues.
100 Mg NPP just started that 2 weeks ago had it on hand was curious what would happen if I ran a small dose of that for 6 weeks.

My goals are to continue playing athletics as long as I can. I also would like to get under 12% BF. I have BB friends that harass me to compete but honestly I am not sure if I have the dedication to diet I really need to get under 10%. Can I be dedicated yes....do I want to..?????

Isn't NPP the same as Deca but without the bloat? I've been wanting to try it.
and if you're at 15% BF, try running T3 and ECA. very potent combo. Should get you down to 12% without a lot of assistance from diet/cardio. After that, a 60 day run of Tren Ace @ 50mg/ED will get you to a 10% shredded beast!

Multivitamin
Fish Oil - 5-6g/day
Calcium Citrate
Magnesium
Hawthorn Berry (BP control cuz I'm running EQ)
Milk Thistle
Red Yeast Rice (cholesterol control)
CoQ10 (RYR stops natural production)
325 mg Aspirin (thins blood that AAS thickens)
Liquid Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM

Let me know if there's something I should be running plz.

I am close to giving Tren a go. I am mellow guy normally but I am concerned about sides. I must sleep I have to be on my toes even though I sit through out the day.

I have been really good on the diet I think I get 12% here by mid summer. I do not like being jumpy I am stoner[:o)].

Tren concerns me with a teen, pre-teen girl, plus a 7 year old running around even though I am mellow they push my buttons.

NPP has the strength that deca brings I like it for that bloat reason but it doesn't seem to put the water around the joint areas deca does.

NPP has the strength that deca brings I like it for that bloat reason but it doesn't seem to put the water around the joint areas deca does.

That's why I recommend Tren Ace. Its short half life allows you to bail within 24 hours if sides are not for you. Honestly though at 50mg/ED I would wake up a couple times a night but feel fully recharged all day. Your sleep is deeeep and yummy. I had some night sweats but not bad. I don't run it in the summer for that reason. I loved the joint lube that Deca gave me but hated the bloat and the limp noodle. never ran it at a low dose though. Something I may put on the list for next year.
 
At 58 I look back and think of the difference lifting weights would have added. I worked damn hard in commercial construction but know see that it was always working the same muscles. If I had been able to work on conditioning and also learn what I know about nutrition now, I don't think I'd have the knee and ankle problems that are there today. Of course, the cigs, booze, and running late chasing skirt also took its toll!!!
Don't know if I had low t back then but I'm damn glad that l learned about TRT 2 years ago and I think my blasting cycles help even the playing field in making my body stronger. The muscles I'm building now are keeping me from major joint replacement surgery as well as pain.
