Butcher by profession have good core strength, trying to bulk.

Got offered some test c a few months back. Jumped on the boards and started reading for a few weeks. Ordered Nolva and Anastrazole. Started pinning.

Started with 150 mg test c a week nipples got sensitive around week 3. Started taking half a pill of Ana twice a week.

Bumped up to 80 mg test c 3 times a week still taking AI and using 700 mg hcg a week.

Hcg was cause balls shrunk and were uncomfortable that's the dose that got them back to where they were normal size.

Looking to bump up. I'm starting week 10.

Was worried about aggression issue when I started which is why I've been gradually bumping, other than driving im actually friendlier.

Was having some head issues before starting and the test seems to have straightened them out which is why I want to stay on test indefinitely.

Diet could use some improvement but 200 g protein a day and 75/25 protein to carb no junk. 2 beers every other weekend.

Questions are:
Should I switch to a different testosterone? I have one more vial of test c if like to use first. Just getting ready to order.

Would bumping to 400-500mg a week for 6 to 8 weeks help me bulk back up? Then keep 250mg as a base let me maintain?

Should I consider tren?

I pin test in delts 3 times a week to minimize peaks and valleys, hcg twice a week subq.

No labs yet. Didn't get pre and wanted to stabilize before getting them. Yes I realize I'm probably a dumbass for not getting them. Live and learn.

Too risky if over 40 IMO
Not only you should cycle instead of BnC
but you should pyramid up (from half total dose)
to avoid stroke or heart attack from sudden high doses.

You are 10 weeks in and gained.... what so far?

If you aren't gaining, it is not likely to be a deficiency in the amount of hormone, but rather in the amount of food.

I've gained about 10 lbs but 6 lbs of it is water weight. Calorie intake is between 4500 and 5000 a day. Spend about 1.5 to 2 hours in the gym 6 days a week. I normally ate around 3000 calories a day to maintain 180 to 190.

I used to walk around at 240 to 260. I was in the gym 2 hrs a day and was slaughtering and breaking beef all day. I was strong as hell but fat was taking in 6-7000 calories a day then, mostly beer and jerky diet. Trying not to get fat.

Is this tracked in a diary or estimated?

Were you also going to the gym with the same frequency, intensity, and volume when you were maintaining isostasis?

It's tracked in an app.
And it didn't occur to me my intensity level is higher and spending longer in the gym. Guess I need to recalculate calorie expenditure. Thanks for pointing that out.

I'm 40 and just got back on trt after taking a year or so break. My goal is to stick with lower dosages and monitor health markers closely. Right now on 600 test. At the end of my blast I'll drop test to my cruising dose of 150 a week and run 300 tren ace for a month or so before I go back to straight trt dose. If hematocrit gets out of range I'll come off everything but clomid until labs look good.

The key for me is blood work. Get in there often so you can notice the trends and get on top of a problem before it's an issue. Get a home bp monitor and use it consistently. If anything gets out of range find a way to address it immediately or drop dose.

Thanks @roastdawg that's specifically what I was looking for. Heard Clomid can make you a bit moody so went Nolva instead. I'll have to find a good source for test. Is there any derivitave that works better for us old bastards over another?

What is the significance of hematocrit. Is that an indicator of red blood cell count? What does it tell you?

Red blood cells make ur blood thicker which makes it harder to pump n increases blood pressure. Usually why donating blood before n after cycles is good idea. As well as staying properly hydrated

Instead of jumping back on n off cycle n messing with clomid why don't u donate blood regularly to keep it in check. I think that would be harder on the body the constant fluctuations of going on n off cycle.

I can't donate, should've mentioned that. I got flagged with a false positive for some weird South American disease transmitted by insect bites. It said on my paperwork it was a false positive but that they still couldn't take my blood. Weirdest thing ever, never even been to South America!
