Over developed traps

I almost, almost came on here and walked back my statement a little bit thinking it may have come across more harsh than I meant for it to. BUT since you decided to act that way, I’m glad I didn’t, and I’ll post a pic just for you ;).

However, you must’ve missed it, the constructive criticism was to grow everything else. I would rather make everything else bigger, rather than trying to downsize any muscle, to be proportional. Most of us on here are on a journey to be big and muscular, and you know as well as anyone, growing muscle isn’t easy, so why try to counter act the growth of any body part?

I’m certainly am not the biggest or leanest on here, but I hold my own pretty well. 6’1” 244, I’ll let you decide what you think my BF% is, but I’m certainly much bigger and stronger than you probably thought I was. Also, for the record knowledge is knowledge, body composition and size don’t change that. Pic was taken Monday.

Love the chest hair. I give your bulge a 7/10.

I say embrace it, broham. I am able to grow nice traps just from back exercises but see other guys with more defined features I want but havesmall traps. Some people just have certain gifts and as others have said genetics is just the lottery of life. You just need to get a big gold chain to rest on them traps and call it a day haha
I think there is a balance between genetics and correct work in the gym, and of course a lot of work in the gym
