My goodness. New gear heads, don’t overthink and overcomplicate your protocol. Take it Monday and Thursday morning with your breakfast and forget about it unless your nipples get tender and you need to make an adjustment.

Use that energy you’re wasting on minutia in the gym.

And know that it won’t be like this for long. After your first few cycles you’ll know how it hits you and you’ll settle into a comfortable stride. When you add a new compound or change something in your PCT you’ll know how it’s working for you and what your blood work should look like.

Embrace the grind and enjoy the ride. This is a good life.
