If following the advanced routines in Arnolds book "The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding" (which I assume most of youve seen) Im pretty sure itll end up in overtraining.
Maybe if Im a really big f#ck, eat ALOT and sleep all day Ill be fine for a couple of weeks. But thats not me (the big part that is)
Well my question is, could a person with 180-200lbs really lean bm and long (8 years) training experince get good results without overtraining from this routine if hes on cycle, food is upped say 1000cals mostly carbs and protein and he gets 10hrs of sleep every night and dont move around much during the day?
It would be his fourth cycle and before he has used #1 test prop+deca #2 omnadren #3 omnadren+anadrol.
If so, what would this cycle look like, and other comments?
