Oxandrolonos from Pharmacom

Quick story on what got me here. 25 years ago I did a couple of different steroids. After a full cycle of test injectable, I was way too big for the sport and position I was playing. I went back to heavy on the reps with light weight and worked on flexibility. A year later after being around a lot of other college athletes, I went on another cycle but changed to oxandrolone. This gave me what I was looking for. Lean muscle and a lot of strength for explosiveness. Fast forward from 1991 to 2015, I have several degrees and deep into science that help with my profession. But last year, I had an accident and had to have surgery (torn labrum, bicep tenodesis and 2 rotator cuff tears) and I have anchors everywhere. I am still in my sport, just don't play any longer. 8 months later at a height of 6'4", I had gone from 221 to 258. My waist had gone from 36" to 44" and I had turned into a fat slob. My muscles were atrophying and I thought I would just drop back to where I was, after all I had never had an issue before. WRONG!

After doing cardio activity, I had only dropped 11 lbs and still looked terrible. I wasn't getting into it because I have NEVER enjoyed cardio. I needed to lift but I was not able to, only bands and very limited on weight. BLEH! I am finally released to start lifting weights in June, but only dumb bells and not above 25 lbs. I was limited to bench, curl, squat with dumbbells and everything else still with bands. Some days, I was unable to do anything due to the pain in my shoulder. I kept on and finally July 1, I was told to start listening to my body, pay attention to pain and back off when needed. But I could start increasing my weights as I was able and start doing all exercises.

Stats on May 1

Key Notes
Strength has gone up significantly. Large muscle groups are responding tremendously.
Waist is going down in size, but all other stats are going up. Started at 13.75" bicep, now at 15.75" and considerably harder.
Energy starts to go down around the 8th hour of oxandrolone being in my body and I run to get my blood going again.
Week when I started 50 mg per day, night sweats were present. Not too bad, but definitely have to flip the pillow and lie on my back with arms up to go back to sleep and cool down.
Light back acne. Face is more oily as well as neck. Wash face and neck several times a day.

I will follow up with more at the end of each week. Any questions or comments, let me know.

My opinion your hurting yourself more than helping. Var may not sit u down but does suppress testosterone. Oral cycle are a bad idea. Seriously do some research. Not bashing u. Just I 100% don't agree.

Good shit man - gained 2 inches on your biceps, holy fuck.

Be careful not going too hard man, problem I have is my muscles get bigger/stronger a lot faster than the tendons/ligaments can keep up. This can lead to some trouble especially if you have a history with it - good shit though man!

Thanks for the comments and concerns so far. I am oral only and due to what I do, gaining too much size is not an option. Legendary, what do you suggest to stay somewhat lean? I don't want to be over 240 and my body fat target is 21%. I don't need 18" arms and a 60" chest. As I said, I have been in my sporty whole life and I have been a good size healthy person all my life and worked out my whole life so I have muscle cells that had already been developed. The only problem was they had shrunk to nothing and I did not adjust my diet after the injury. Went from 6 hours a day of exercise to zero. But now the cells are getting active again.

My weights and reps are being supervised by my surgeon and physical therapist through text and email. You are absolutely right on the volume and there is an adjustment being made this week on the amount of sets. This week there was not one day where I had pain and I threw all 5 days this week. I had never missed a start due to arm injury. Ligaments and tendons have always been healthy. 16 years on the mound and my injury happened by falling off a ladder.

I have spent the last 25 years doing very high reps and that is what my body is accustomed to which is why I probably feel good right now. I am not doing high weight. Shoulder press...25 lb dumbbells. Bench not over 205. Deadlift not over 185. Curl not over 80 on straight bar. Squat I am going to 255. So not getting crazy.

At least a trt dose of test. Anavar doesnt 100% shut down test production but deff will suppress it. So when you come off you will have low T and possibly loose gainz and maybe gain some fat. Just my opinion tho. Maybe do some research about it. And if u don't like pinning. Check out neibido.

Pinning doesn't bother me, but I could not find find any injectable anavar. The sources that I know of could not get it any longer and that is when I started searching the boards. That is also why I am stepping down to lower doasages over 4 weeks.

Thank you again.

Not injectable var. a dose of test with it.

So then administer a TRT dose of 100mg per week smarty!

You had good intentions but it's clear you don't know what it is you are doing by taking an oral only steroid cycle to help you recover and get better after an injury. Tapering Anavar doesn't accomplish anything unless you needed to stretch your supply out. You are trashing your blood lipids as well without knowing it.

Does your doctor know about your Anavar cycle? Are you getting blood work? Your testosterone levels are dropping and the reason you are getting oil skin and acne as well as night sweats is because your estrogen is sky high. When you come off the Anavar you will likely rebound hard and lose a lot of gains, and that 21% bf target of yours is going to contribute to how bad you feel.

Your post is really a lesson why you should do proper research before you start taking hormones willy nilly. I don't even know what to recommend to you to salvage this fuck up of a cycle. Part of me wants to tell you to drop the Anavar right now and do your clomid PCT and then learn what it is you hope to accomplish and how to properly accomplish it. You didn't even tell us what your specific injury is. Did you know steroids can actually make the new connective tissue weaker? Why did you choose to use a steroid over a healing peptide or GH? Why didn't you run a test base?

Get blood work.
I guarantee your testosterone is crashing and your estrogen is way high, you have all the side effects already. Taking a shot of Tesosterone cypionate or enth (which it seems you already did according to your enigma of a reply above) is gonna fuck you up more because you don't even know how to use an AI med, and the ester will just be kicking in at full release by the time you quit the Anavar. your doctor is going to ream you out if they see your HDL and LDL levels.

Good luck but honestly, you fucked up bro. The best thing to do is if you got in test prop right away and started Aromasin like, yesterday. Nolvadex or Evista is a must have in this situation as well. Do you have these meds on hand?

You're really clueless. Hopefully you can learn from this. This is what I'd expect from a dumb high schooler and not a grown ass man. Seriously.

Did your therapist design your rehab workout? It looks horrible. Flat bar bench press is probably the last exercise in the world for a person with a shoulder injury (of course we don't know what kind of injury because you didn't tell us) and the amount of volume in there seems somewhat retarded. 60 reps of deadlift? How is your surgeon and therapist knowing your workout log going to help anything at all? Do they see you doing the movements and your technique and ROM? Are they trained and accredited in weight training for rehabilitation of injuries? What is it you are hoping to to accomplish here? I don't think you know. Like the other poster said you are probably doing more harm than good. I'm actually a little frustrated at how you jumped into the drug taking without doing your research.

Ok I'm a dick and you did tell us what your injury is

Why can't I edit My post after 15
Min? Terrible rule

Sorry for being rude . I get super annoyed when I read about people's poorly thought out cycles

Good luck to you

Not rude; I love the passion!

Yes I am on anastrozole (need more as I am almost out) every other day. I went back and checked as I thought that was in my original post. So anti estrogen is in place, my mistake for not making certain it was in the post.

I am on daily simvastatin and cholesterol was checked first week of September. 205, so it was just okay, but I expect that number to be elevated next time it is checked (3rd week of October).

I have test cypionate (prescription) on hand and it will be started the week I come off in very small dosages with more blood work the week after along with the clomid.

The reason I am tapering off is because the gradual reduction of the dosage will allow the body to start to resume normal function without physical withdrawals.

Blood work was originally done in June which is when I looked at myself in disgust and was relieved to finally be released to start doing full exercise so I could do something about it Test was low and they wanted to start cypionate then. But I did not start a cycle because I knew that I needed to spend time strengthening the muscles and allowing the bones to feel stress again before doing so. I also knew that getting active again was going to increase test naturally. The competitive side of me wanted to be back 100% but be smart about it.

I thought my goal was stated which was to get back to where I was as far as body fat is concerned which was 21%. I decided to do this as a short cut which is something that I have stayed away from for many years. I was on a good path for the first 2 months as it was.

Oxandrolone was chosen because that is what I did years ago and what many in my sport have done over the years. I did not gain mass, but I gained strength. I know of Oxandrolone being used for patients after surgeries and major injuries to help gain strength and weight. You may be shocked at the number of players that have used Oxandrolone only over the years.

I worked out for 2 months and 21 days before I started the cycle to make certain that connective tissue was good. I have been a pitcher and my body is used to doing extreme reps. We train differently than most athletes. You don't throw 110 pitches over 90 mph and put yourself through the proximal forces and varus/valgus torques like pitching creates without your muscles/ligaments/tendons prepared to handle the load. 60 deadlifts...YES! On one pitch, here is what the body goes through:

In .08 seconds my body shoots downhill and lands
Pelvic area rotates at 620* per second
Front leg braces to point of hyperextension to transfer energy from legs to upper body
Upper trunk rotation velocity peaks at 1100* per second
Shoulders rotate toward plate at 6700* per second
Then the arm extends at 2200* per second

Do that over 100 times in less than 2 hours.

I can post a biomechanical data sheet to show the speeds and forces on the body to show why many of us train like we do. Pitching is the fastest human movement and the body needs to be able to repeat over and over under ridiculous stress.

The only thing that bothers me about the post is saying I don't know what I am doing when it comes to training. I think that is being stated due to not understanding the field of which I come from. I am highly educated (3 degrees) and experienced in my field (biomechanist and training) but not experienced in AAS like you guys are which is partially why I am here. I like to learn and sometimes that means peeing on the fence.

I spent the last 24 years never touching the stuff other than what I mentioned when I was in my teens. I only heard of those that did.

Again, I appreciate you and helping me learn. :)
