What’s good yall welcome to my log.

Hoping to keep this long term will update as we go along.

I’m 24 years old, 6’4 around 215 and 17-20% body fat. Was in way better shape up until around a year ago when I started working and filling my time with 100 different things. Now that I have a steady income and my own place I can control my schedule way more! So it’s time to get some shit back together. I’ve got 3-4 cycles under my belt never cruised before always pcted.

Plan will be to hop on 400-500 mg of test a week with 4-5 weeks of anavar in there in hopes to recomp and then drop it down to a cruise at 150-200 mg to lean down and clean up a bit.


Immediate goal is to simply get back into the game amd clean my physique up. I never tried a recomp but I think it’ll be perfect just to simply get a base back.


I won’t lie I can do thos without gear but fuck that. I don’t feel like wasting my time. I’ve been training shittily for the last few weeks with the holidays. Mostly junk food and liquor. But now that is behind us and I want to get back to my old self. I’ll post pictures eventually too.

I’ll add more details as I have time on my shift. Any input or questions are always appreciated!
 
Diet is something I’m debating on now….

I think I’m more going to play with this here. I have always done well on higher protein and lower carbs recomp/ body composition wise, but my training suffers greatly compared to a moderate protein/carb intake.


When I’m higher carbs I am a lot fuller and overall stronger and I can easily pack on lean mass. Problem is I’m not lean what so ever.


I think I’m going for more of building my foundation here so I think a matience cal level +\-100-200 cals. With moderate carbs. I am done training for preformence at this point. I want to look good and have it be enjoyable without the larger risk of injury. Not partially tearing a pec again…
 
Also forgot to mention I will be using .5-1mg finasteride daily with my cycles and cruise dosages. I normally don’t need an AI but I will see what happens with blood work. Never had gyno issues or anything else. Mostly just BP elevation.
 
Starting to pin today.


Going to recomp for 12 weeks at 300-350 mg of test with some anavar thrown in on training days maybe start that in the next few weeks. If underwhelming I’ll begin ramping up my dose. But I willPull bloods and continue up too 400-500 mg for another 8 weeks if everything is well and kick up the calories.


This isn’t going to be anything special simply priming my body for more to come in the upcoming months. Nose to the grind stone eating like a dog.


Aiming to hit 2800 cals a day and see where it gets me. Won’t post macros but roughly 250-325 G protein 175-250 g carbs and 90 grams of fat. Mostly drom tuna, steaks and chicken, tortillas, rice, sweet potatoes and other veggies. Lower my carbs on non training days.

Push pull legs. Simple and effective. Won’t be going for strength so 8-20 reps a set depending what I’m doing and good quality volume with intensity building each week.
 
Feeling really good about a week into this. Decided on 400 mg of test E a week. Picking up training a bit. Added cardio in today at 15 minutes at a 11% incline and 3.8-4 mph and will continue it going forward. Probably 4-5 days. Week increasing by 5 minutes each week and 1 day a 45-60 minute session on my off day.


Fighting the urge to take the anavar I have on hand until I get a good 6-8 weeks in minimum.


Diet needs to be more consistent I’m hitting my protein daily but need to eat some more carbs been averaging 2800 cals a day. Haven’t been too hungry but I’ll see what the scale and mirror says.

This is for a recomp and getting a good base back so we’ll see what happens I’ve never had to recomp before.
 
little update.

Wish I could weigh myself but scale at the gym has been broken I meant to steal one from my parents today but forgot to grab it when I stopped over.

Diet has been on point hitting near 3000 cals a day on average I’d say 2800. Starting to fill up a bit about 2.5 weeks into this. Curious what my blood tests will say. I’ve taken 25 mg var last 2 days and feel the good clean energy from it. I might do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.


I’m looking a lot better. Still sitting at a higher 15-18% body fat but I am leaning out and adding some nice size. Nothing gs kicked in I just think my training has been kicked up a bit due to placebo of being on test.


Looking forward for the next 3 weeks for things to really kick in. Water intake needs to be bumped up quite a bit I’d say. Sitting at 1 gallon at most a day but consistently hitting that.


I’ll continue at 2800- 3000 calories a day for the next 3 weeks minimum and let the drugs kick in to see how I need to adjust. Liking the look in the mirror so going to ride it out and get my hands on a scale to consistently weigh myself.


I do want to note my pulse was 88 and blood pressure 133/74 tonight.


Will retake in the morning and try to remember to post it daily. Along with my pre cycle bloods. I forgot my login to my doctors office but I saw them. Cholesterol slightly out of wack but not too bad.

My macros are right about what you have for your high end numbers and it worked out great for me. Hope it does the same for you, brother.

It’s working great so far. I’m usually hitting 270 g of protein and 250 g of carbs rest fats. Little bloated from all the food but just not used to consistently eating like this.


I can’t wait for this test to kick in. Settled on 400 mg nothing crazy.
 
So little update… stepped on the scale at the gym and apparently I’m 240 lbs??

That physically cannot be right. I’m going to my parents this weekend and I’ll weigh myself there with my old scale. I started at 220. 18% body fat. I’d say I’m Down a % or two. I’m looking way fuller and solid again.

Diets been pretty on point getting my calories in. Strength is going up consistently. Notice the test kicking in quite a bit more now. Believe it’s week 4 or 5.

Anavar has been used for about 1.5 weeks at 25 mg on training days. I may stop as I’m getting awful chest pains. I just bought some tums. I may add it back when I start dropping calories. But it’s ducking awesome for my lifts.

Been having some shitty sessions lately due to work and class. I say 3 of my 5 (6 if you count my active test day) are solid and the other 2 are lighter and lack luster. Which could be my mental saying it. I’m consistently sore throughout the week and recovering in 2-3 days so everything is working well enough. Strength is rising too.

Water intake needs to be bumped up. Other than that I’m feeling good. I’m going to increase the volume on my heavier days and adjust as needed.


Also need to quit vaping like a retard.
 
Stepped on the scale at home…. 238 lbs which is insane to me.

Everyone is telling me I look way skinnier than I did a month ago. I cant really tell a difference in my physique but I haven’t really been looking. Just training and putting my head down. Probably should pay more attention but hell I’ll take it.

I’m way heavier than I want to be but I’m going to ride the cycle out and see what happens at the end. I plan on a real cut while on trt.
