I can remember some punk/ new wave song saying something like “Pablo Piccasso was never called an asshole” back in the 80’s, I used to listen to a lot of weird shit back then. It may have been “the dead milkmen” lol. I think he was known to be a bit of a womanizer even when he was elderly. I could be wrong though?

that was The Modern Lovers, another great band from the mid 70's to early 80's. Good segway between the punk stuff just starting then (Johnny Thunders, Richard Hell) snd stuff like The Stooges and The Velvet Underground. You should revisit some of that stuff man, it holds its weight in replay value remarkably.
