Ok fellas, once again I'm looking for advice or criticism on my next cycle.

Stats: 5'10" 230 lbs., 14% bf, 28 y/o, 4th cycle

Goals: To gain strength, increase lean muscle mass, and get bf % down to 10%. I may lose 2% in bf by dieting before I start the cycle. I will keep the diet very clean but eat in abundance for maximum gains.

Week 1-4 40mg dbol
Week 1-12 750mg test enan
Week 1-10 500mg tren enan
Week 1-12 .25mg Armidex ED
Week 15-18 100mg Clomid ED and 40mg Nolvadex ED


How does this look, in particular my PCT? I don't think I need HCG, because I hear too much conflicting info on it and it seems to just help with sex drive and nut size. I will be running test for 2 weeks longer than the tren. Is there anything I should change? I don't wish for the bloat of dbol, but it will give me instant strength. Is anavar a better choice in place of the dbols, or should I add it in at the end of my cycle, or don't use it at all? I was considering Winstrol at the end of my cycle to tighten up the physique and shed water, but I don't want my tendons to get damaged.

Any input, good or bad, is appreciated.
 
imo for cuttin u dont need tht much test kick it down to 500mg

Well this isnt a cutter, but more like a clean bulker. I just want strength gains, some muscle increase, and the fat loss will occur due to a clean diet and using the tren. When I bulked last year, I ate a ton of food...some good, some bad.

good idea to drop the 2% bf before the cycle. this way you can focus on EATING PROPERLY (that means eating enough, and the right kind of, calories) because that's what you will have to do in order to make clean mass gains. i'll assume you have that part of the equation down and spend no more time on it.

i don't like dbol much and i agree you could use test prop to kick things off nicely. that's how i would do it. the test and tren dosages look good. you should get some wicked strength gains on that shit... and fairly quick, so watch your joints, warmup thoroughly, etc... :)

i would reconsider using the hcg. it's not rocket science but i WILL help bring the hpta back up a lot quicker. there's a lot of ways to do it. if you're confused, pm me and i can give you details.

i would also drop the clomid dosage down to 50mg ed, since you're taking nolva with it as well, and perhaps even keep the nolva to 20mg ed. it's your call on the nolva depending upon how estrogen-sensitive you think you are.

finally consider adding some phosphatidylserine in your pct to help control the cortisol rebound you'll get when coming off of aas. hope this helps. :cool:

Anyone have any input on the strength differences between taking dbol or taking anavar? I don't think anavar is as fast acting as dbol, but when does it actually kick in?
