package delay ?

Lets say that someone had in theory ordered some powders from China, and tracking the package through an an anonymous proxy server shows the following :

09 Aug 2006 04:01 New York Jfk Airport Consignment In Warehouse
08 Aug 2006 02:37 New York Jfk Airport Consignment In Warehouse
07 Aug 2006 14:10 New York Jfk Airport Consignment Held For Inspection By Government

Is there cause for concern that a controlled delivery may be in the making, or the shipping company has just not moved it out of the warehouse yet.

If the tracking is correct the pack sitting in ny for 3 days does not sound normal to me.I would be concerned if you used your computer,your credit card,your correct name,etc.. in ordering..Clean up your house in case you get a visit..then deny deny deny,oh yeah and get a good lawyer.Keep us posted
