Package not showing up on informed delivery

I recently placed an order from a trusted international source I've ordered from several times before. Not gear or AAS related and not a source on the board. It's for Modafinil which still requires Rx. They sent me the tracking number which I plugged into USPS and I signed up for and have been getting text updates. It's cleared customs and is currently in the next state over, but this morning I realized it's not showing up at all for my informed delivery packages. I'm able to pull up my order info on the source website and I can see that I entered my address correctly in the order details. But I'm worried they may have made a typo when entering it on the shipping label. Can't think of any other reason it wouldn't show up on informed delivery.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Maybe 1/3 of my packages never show up on informed delivery. And I live in a very big city

When checking on tracking you should use parcel app or similar, and not the actual usps site. Informed delivery is fine.

Same. Not all USPS packages show up on Informed Delivery, but if you have the tracking number you can track it on tracking sites.

Informed delivery doesn't work for me about half the time. Odd because sometimes it's from the same vendor and route.

Packs from India are the only ones that show up on ID for me. Turkey, Bulgaria, China etc never show up.
