Pain around Belly Button

I get pain around my belly button whenever i do heavy deads or squats with a weightlifting built. I didnt wrap it too tightly around myself either. It comes every once in a while after my workouts for 20-30min but still worries me as a potential abdominal strain or tear. Anyone else get this? Is it just my organs being squeezed by the belt?
 
Could be hernia, have it checked by a doc.

Shit, I will be sure to make an appointment sometime soon because ive also noticed my stomach sticks out more than normal now and i found it harder to use my abdominal muscles to do the vaccuum pose or hold in my abs.
 
Pain has completely subsided to the point i forgot i posted this lololol. I think it was the weightlifting belt putting too much pressure on my core because i squatted again yesterday without it and i felt great.
