Pain in elbows

I have been working out heavy for some time and noticed that I am getting annoying pains in my elbows almost like tennis elbow. I have tried stretching, heat and ice along with NSAIDS with no luck at getting the pain to go away completely. Anyone deal wit this before and if so what did you do to resolve it?

Buy Voodoo floss and Google Kelly Starrett and tennis elbow. Tuck your elbows in more on bench. On squats trip with thumbs over the bar not around. Work on shoulder mobility. Grip the squat bar with a wider grip also to take pressure off the elbows

Is it tennis or golf elbow (inner or outer). get off the Dumbbells, get some sleeves. My golf elbow is sorted now ... Took me 14 months. Never reversed grip chin-ups on winstrol ever again ...

This has happened recently with me also. I believe it was from overtraining doing curls etc. Mine seems to be my outer elbow. When doing curls it would hurt at the top of the motion (i do curls with dumbells) it didn't hurt as much if I did hammer curls. I laid off the curls for a couple weeks and started taking glucosamine and it's went away mostly. I can still feel it but it doesnt hurt much now.

I've been dealing with the same problem for months . . . I stopped doing any dumbbell curls, I just use barbells, cables and machines which seems to help. I've tried everything from stretching to iceing & heating. I'll try the voodoo floss and sleeves but if that doesn't work might just end up going to chiropractor, my friend had to do that but definitely the more expensive route.

Mine got pretty bad there for a while I had to lay off the curls. I could still feel it for a month or so but it got better. I took glucosamine which is supposed to be good for your joints and tendons. I dont know if that helped any but it couldn't hurt. Think it could be something to do with AAS use? Are you on cycle? Taking anything that could make your joints too dry etc?

Yeah I do take MSM and glucosamine, I'm still a natty. Honestly I think it's just overtraining, I hit the gym 5-6 days a week and I don't like taking a rest which is probably what I need. My buddy went to the chiropractor where they did myofascial release for his elbow, 4 treatments over a month and it was gone but I don't have $ for that right now. You can do this at home I just need to get the tools

Yeah taking a rest would probably do you good. That's what I had to do, didn't want to but I knew that was the only way it would get better. I'm back to 100% now.

How about trying to juice up on them roids man? Robin did and now he is like 5 inches between his eyeballs man

Try to get some "cartilage formula" from Nuskin or try eating a lot of turmeric , you will fell better
