Painful elbows when pressing

I have been experiencing pain in both elbows during pressing movements for several months. I am currently dieting and the amount of weight and frequency I've been doing have been decreasing. However, the pain is just as prominent as when I was lifting heavier and more often.

Any suggestions? I began using elbow sleeves when working out but not much of an improvement.

Go get some soft tissue work done on your triceps lats and shoulders

Deep tissue and Graston if you can

Tendonitis right??

Not sure if you're asking me or the OP. If me, my answer is simply "fucked if i know." Haven't had it checked out and it isn't stopping me from progressing, so i'm not too terribly worried about it at this point. i would define it more as a nagging hindrance to my range of movement at this point.

I recently had winny joints. I read tons on this yet found it was much different in reality. Dollar store fish oil. 3 times a day. It helps.

Try a protocol of TB 500, Fish Oil, Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium and Eat more Fat... Avocado, Natural Peanut Butter and if you can get them ... Organic eggs.... need that cholesterol in them yokes..the basic building blocks to get those oils back into your joints...... just my 2 cents

I had the same but had some golfers elbow at the same time. I would get some soft tissue work on your forearms and maybe even grafton (look it up). The sleeves should help I sometimes wear them while I sleep because when I wake up I have all kinds of pops and cracks going on. Like others have said def fish oil, a joint supp, magnesium, vit c, k2 .... go light for a while and see if it subsides
