I just injected .6cc sus in my thigh. This is the first time that the needle hurt going in. I aspirated no blood but then when I pulled it out it hurt bad again. now it is kinda sore but not from the sus.
Should I be concerned or did I just hit a sensitive area?
Thanks
Dan

happens to me all the time, it can get real bad after a leg workout or if the muscles are tense. Try pinching a big layer of muscle before you sink the pin it does help!

you could have hit a nerve or just a sensitive spot.actually yesterday i shot 2cc of eq or cyp (forgot which needle was which)in my quad, and it hurt all the way in,then i couldnt get the plunger to go down.the whole thing was pushing out like a rocket????dunno.i just pulled it back out and changed heads and redid.it was fine that time.you dont have anything to worry about.

maxx is right..you prob. passed through a nerve....you'll know in a day or 2 if your limping. My suggestion is to just STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM QUAD injects....way to many nerves in the leg man. Stick to glute, shoulders....I've done lat injects many many times....just get sore like any other site.

you need to be careful in the quad...there are alot of nerves in there(like shock said),besure your injecting in the correct spot.here check out this site if you havent already... www.spotinjections.com
hop that helps.

I am using the middle thirdand to the outside. I looked at spot inj and it seemed a little confusing so i used a medical web site too. I actually get less pain from the sus in the quads then the glutes.

For me, scar tissue builds up fast or doesn't desolve in the quad. After about 2-3 weeks in the quad, it's like shoving a pin into concrete. It sucks, I can feel it break through the tissue and most of the time hurts like hell. When that happens, I'm done w/ quads for that cycle.

I love quad injections because they are so easy to hit. Right in front of your face. No twisting or turning or hard to reach areas. I have only hit a nerve once, maybe I have been lucky. I shoot each quad at least once a week and vary the spot on each quad so I don't build up much scar tissue.

in the new book,"injecting for a living",it states that each injection should never be more than 3 cc at a time.

He only injected .6cc just over half an amp of sus.

If he injected 6mls of sus in the one go and hit a nerve, he'd know about it.
