The way I see it, if MB could confirm your IP you would be operating without opsec in place. If he couldn't confirm your IP because of good opsec then what's the point of dragging him into this? You still look like PPL.

And meso, the rebranding has zero to do with LE. It has everything to do with fooling meso members.

If I had to guess, I would say the MK rebrand was intentionally setup to be discovered as a Panda company. It gives more validity to Dragon not being Panda if Dragon is using good opsec and Panda didn't. Watching this play out makes me think this to be the case.
