Article only indicates next court appearance was in January. Most of these cases take many months if not years to resolve. Historically prison time is pretty rare for lab owners. It's happened before but it's rare.

The original owner the guy that ran it for 9 years never got busted he sold Pareto approximately 14 months before the bust and headed back home a very very rich man the company was sold at the time the labels changed that change was made buy the new owner who had no idea how big Pareto was or how to run it this was common knowledge on a Canadian form.
