Past infection on delt

I had an infection on my delt from gear that had to be drained, this was like 3 months ago, I got a tattoo over it and I wanted to know if I could still shoot this delt ?.

Oh I suppose he could still “use it” but why since the Delt is a relatively small injection site and hitting scar tissue not only smarts but may also effect absorption.
