You think being high hinders your performance? I know some people that smoke quite a bit around the gym and some are also very strong. They usually wait to get high until after the gym,lolWeight today was 191.2
Workout was,
X1 deadlift @ 675lbs
3x3 deadlift @ 545lbs
3x5 spoto press @ 300lbs
4x15 neutral grip pullups
Didn't really feel good today. Then had my buddy talk me into doing some dabs with him and going into the city to hit the gym. Ended up loading up 7 plates and hit it pretty decent for being pretty stoned and down 3lbs from yesterday.
