Got my new 10mm Rogue belt yesterday. It will certainly take some time to break in though.
Nice. I've never tried one of their belts. I'm sure it's just as good as any other one.

A friend recommended me it and got it at a good price. $58 is not bad at all for it.Nice. I've never tried one of their belts. I'm sure it's just as good as any other one.
Workout today was,
X3 paused beltless deadlift @ 545
X5 pbd @ 495
X8 pbd @ 405
4x10 chest supported rows
3xamrap nautilus lat pulldown @ 95
4xamrap 5 second reverse curls @ 65
Was supposed to do a regular set of 545. But don't get my new buckle until Monday. Decided since I didn't have my belt I would do the same weight and add a pause.

Forgot my gym bag so kind of went off program a bit. Was supposed to workout yesterday but I had a few drinks with a girl Wednesday night. We left the bar at 10pm, but we were up until 4 getting that fasted cardio in. Haha. So needless to say I was in no shape to lift heavy that morning. Lol. Down about 10lbs of water.

That's a long story. I said I was going to do a cycle a few times now and never have. I'll get about two weeks into it and then something comes up and I just go back to cruising. Been on 600mgs of test for a few weeks now though (going to throw in 50mgs of var starting next week also) and will just run that until the meet. I could get into detail about why I didn't do the last few cycles, but I think anyone that's been following this log can probably put 2+2 together. Lol.

Well, down a couple pounds but the roids must be kicking in because that bench was laughable at best. Going off RPE I'm probably ready to tie my old bench PR and I'm about 15lbs lighter than I was last time.
