Path to a 500 wilks

Weight today was 200.2

Workout was,

X3 squat @ 475
3x3 paused squat @ 405
3x8 leg curl
4x12 facepulls

Kind of went off my scheduled workout and decided to work up to a top set on high bar squats. Went for 475x3 and it wasn't too horrible. A little grindy but you could tell if I had a gun to my head I could've done a couple more. Lol
