developing what? and why spend it on anti-doping research? i for one couldnt care less. you cant multiply by zero. lets spend the money on developing the best machine we can. and find the highest octane fuel without blowing the fucking engine apart. along with common sense maintenance and care.
honestly i dont follow sports. if you ask who won a game, i dont know. dont care. and bodybuilding contests are subjective. but excellent human performance is applicable everywhere.
as to why humiliate athletes in public. power. dominance. so you know whos boss. and grandstanding so EVERYONE knows.
lower level busts. someones cashing in. big time.
