I have heard through the grapevine that he got his start in a not-so-legal field selling substance that were not-so-legal. He in turn invested the profits from that busineess into his machine shop and then ultimately OCC.

Im just f'in with all you Harley guys, thats all. Personally, I think they are way overpriced and dont have very original designs. But they have millions of followers and thats cool.

I just dont see the price justification for bikes. $25k for a Harley. It has half as many wheels, no weather protection, and probably 1/3 (or less) as many parts as a similarly priced car.

You don't have to pay that much ......2 dealers near me sell for list and one sells for 500 over.....oh btw my wife and our friend got their pic taken with Paul Sr at Sturgis last year...........He is actually really cool.......rides a 50's Pan........Paul Jr is a little stuck up it seemed.
