I might be cooked. I have as my package (according to 17 track) been sitting in New York Customs now for 15 days now. Usually there is always a delay, but not this long. Anybody else experiencing anything similar?

Big man couldn’t scroll up like 3 posts and see multiple people having super delayed packages (I do the same half the time)

It’s odd that we all have the same days (15/16). Maybe they straight up lost everything from the plane.

That's how it works. 99% of international mail gets cleared and never goes through customs.

They decide based on a number of factors to call in an entire load, which causes the delay, Often, packs still get through after a delay, even after they've had a look to ensure nothing really bad is in there.

*Technically* non-controlled prescription meds aren't allowed, but the FDA has to make that call, and it has to be inspected by them in a certain amount of time, so when they're backed up, they just let it go.

Regardless, this vendor is the best of the best, and I've learned I never need to worry once I've placed an order with PCT24.

The only lesson here is to never assume a quick delivery is guaranteed. Never wait until the last minute. Stay stocked up with essentials in case of a long delay. They're inevitable.

Huh, the more you know. Luckily there isn’t anything of importance in the pack, and I still have a few months before I run out.

Here I thought they had a blanket 90 day personal use import policy. Your post made me look, and that is not the case.

When did they change it to have all of these requirements and rules?

I think it's been like this for a long time. Notice they have "discretion" and authority to "release with comment", which is like a written warning but they let you have it. So it's using this discretion that I think they often wave stuff through even after inspecting it. But as with all discretion. it's never guaranteed.

I did once get an FDA seizure letter that said they weren't allowing the meds because one was lacking the letters "RX" on the box, and another for lacking a "patient information flyer", both of which were required by the FDA.

I placed an order a while back and it was sent out as normal. A few weeks go by and tracking did not update for a while. I contacted PCT and it appeared as though the package was lost. Without me asking PCT said he would reship the package, again I did not ask but he offered and I was thrilled.

The package was reshipped and after a little time the original finally arrived out of no where. I contacted PCT and he said that I will still get the reship (which besides the point also included an item that was missing in the original) so all was good and he was very professional.

Then a few days later he contacted me asking for payment for the reship because the original package arrived.

I was never told I would have to pay for a reship. I also never insisted he send a reship, he offered. It is not my fault that the original package finally arrived. And I was never told I had to pay for the reship until days after he already shipped it.

I am very disappointed to say the least, if I knew I would have to pay for a reship if the original finally arrived I would have told him not to send it when he offered. I have never had this happen with any other source.

@PCT24X7 PHARMACY if we are expected to pay for a reship then we need to be made aware of that before you send it and not days after when we cannot cancel anything. I hope we can work this out as I cannot afford to pay for the reship as I told you and I really want to continue to use your services even after this, but I have to be honest and say I feel cheated at this point and I think this is not a good business practice (not making it clear that reships are expected to be paid for until it's too late and you send it.)

Its people like you my friend that will ruin quick reships for the rest of us. . If tou cannot afford it at the moment try and work out something with the guy, you cannot just expect to not have to send 1 of the packages back or pay for the other.

I never asked for the reship in the first place. He insisted on payment days after sending it and after he already knew the first package arrived. I would have told him not to resend it if I knew I would have to pay for it.

Hi there , yes sir as I shared the reship is always free when package is seized or lost but in your case we both thought it’s lost by usps and there were no movement for couple of days as you mentioned you are out of meds supply I arranged the reship as you are our one of old customers and i went against our 12 day rule but after 2 days it moved and got delivered and while the reship was still at shipper’s location , I never ask money for reship from any customer if the package is truly seized or lost by usps ( 14 days with no movement) . But in your case the original was delivered successfully however we are still liable to send the couple of missing strips of a product . Hope the other members can share their inputs in that situation.

There no pressure to pay sir i will recall the package from UAE post No worries .

Hi there , yes sir as I shared the reship is always free when package is seized or lost but in your case we both thought it’s lost by usps and there were no movement for couple of days as you mentioned you are out of meds supply I arranged the reship as you are our one of old customers and i went against our 12 day rule but after 2 days it moved and got delivered and while the reship was still at shipper’s location , I never ask money for reship from any customer if the package is truly seized or lost by usps ( 14 days with no movement) .
