I’m looking for a joint T3/T4 medication along the lines of Tiromel but I can’t find anything like it on his list. Maybe I’m not looking hard enough but is there something on it like this?

BitIron from Turkey is the only one I know of. However, it is pretty easy to buy both and just take two pills since they are generally inexpensive.

Belsomra is Suvorexant. All 3 of the orexin agonist drugs appear to be available in India for very reasonable prices.

@PCT24X7 PHARMACY , can you get any of these? I'm sure they'd be big sellers especially with Z drugs so hard to get.

Yeah, I'm very much interested in these as well. It would be a dream to find a non habit forming sleep aid that actually helps 'Sleep Quality' at a reasonable cost. I'm sure a LOT of folks would jump on these if you offered them.

Sometimes secure mail services don't play nice with each other. A while back I had an issue with protonmail and a seller's mail service not getting along. I had to use another mail service. Not saying this is the case here but just a thought.

Update My first package arrived today about 3 weeks from payment. Second package hasn't shown many tracking changes so idk when it will arrive. I am in no hurry and trust that it will get here eventually.

Protonmail has been having a lot of issues getting along with certain other email providers lately.

I use Protonmail for everything and have had 0 issues. I think the problem stems from some people instead of sending a new order, they keep using the first email they ever sent like its some kind of dirty lucky sock they always wear when buying drugs on the internet. I placed an order 8/22/24 for a large order of HCG and HMG.
The order was sent in 4 seperate packs
2 packs arrived 9/10
1 pack arrived 9/21
1 vanished into the ether.

i waited until 10/28 to ask for an update or a reship to give it as much time as possible to sort itsself out.
I received a email back on the same day saying they would send the replacement pack out after Diwali.

Asked for an update 11/26 to no reply.


I am understanding that international orders can take quite a while, and we've gone across several holiday periods, however this delay is not what i would consider acceptable.

Ive sent another email this morning, hoping ill get a meaningful reply
