Pretty sad - I've spent a few hundred dollars at this store over the past few months. One item was lost in the mail recently, I let him know, he ignored me for a few days then agreed to do a reship. Reship came and it was my second to last order, so it was wrong. I let him know, and now we're 5 days in with him ignoring me again.

There's plenty of other sellers that don't pull this stuff. Especially the ignoring piece... come on man - I've bought so much stuff from this dude over the past 2 months and barely even a concern from him.

Jesus Christ he’s not ignoring you lol relax…it’s been 5 days. You’ll get your product. There are hundreds of pages of stellar reviews from this source for a reason. He ain’t gonna stiff you on $9 worth of Indian medicine, I promise you.

He is on the opposite side of the world and they have much different holidays than we do (not to mention "communal riots" and whatever else). How long was your lost package missing?

The other one was missing for over a month - it's still in USPS limbo. I'm pretty lax, and it's not like this order was a dollar worth of cheap pills - it was a $100 order.

I'm not looking for "hey respond now", I've bought gear and supplies from sketchy places and gear sellers, and I know the process - responses are delayed almost always I'm just bummed that I'm basically out $100.

And he literally replied to you to contact him again and he would make it right. No reason to suggest you're out $100 unless you want to not continue following up but that's your prerogative.

Only time I have had him "ignore" an email from me was when I sent it from a proton mail address. I sent it 3x over a period of 10 days with no response. I thought "that's stranger" so I used a different email provider and I had a response within 30 minutes.

I'm sure no source is infallible but so far no issues over the past year for me.

And he literally replied to you to contact him again and he would make it right. No reason to suggest you're out $100 unless you want to not continue following up but that's your prerogative.

UAE? My promo order was split India post and UAE. Last couple UAE shipments cruised through customs less than 24hrs from isc to next post office. UAE hasn’t started tracking yet but my India post has been in customs a few days now. I would say India post is still getting some extra attention.

Similar experience here. UAE packages spend less than 48 hours in customs typically. India packages seem to be hit and miss with the timeframe.

You're right, dude just gave me another reship. After the first reship was lost and the second was wrong.

JFK International Mail Service Center serves half the country, so yes, it went through there. In the past over 5 business days meant seizure, but not any more. I've had packs held up 18 days before being released.

There seems to be more and more lately of packages being held for quite long periods of time, then suddenly released. Much more than in the past. Some even opened and still let through. Who knows for sure what is going on.

my 3rd pack in the past 30 days is set to arrive tomorrow. started in UAE on the 17th and spent about a week in NY. it took a little longer than India, but still no sweat.

i’ll probably take a breather and stock up again before Summer. i’m sure tomorrow i’ll be able to say 24x7 is batting 1000 for me.
