Kratom grows everywhere in asia and sits in a sort of legal grey area depending on the country. It mostly gets a bad rep because the locals selling it add various prescription pills as well as cough syrup containing antihistamines to enhance its effects.Kratom has changed my wife's life. She had a serious car accident, failed back surgery (partial fusion with rods and springs, don't ask me exactly what's going on there, but her back looks crazy on x-rays and other imaging) and just a few months after that, she was rear ended pretty back at a red light. She has trouble walking, uses a cane, and has been in chronic pain for over 2 decades. Over that time she'd been on nearly every opioid painkiller, usually multiple painkillers, along with nerve pain drugs. Her doses were very high, and the MME (morphine miligram equivalent) of the drugs she was taking got as high as 300mg/day at one point. She could still hardly function from a pain level perspective, would fall asleep randomly throughout the day, and suffered from memory and cognitive impairment. To make a long story short, she planned to try switching over to medicinal Marijuana once it was legalized in our state, and was in the process of doing so when she met someone with a Kratom success story. Fast forward to now, and she's taking only Kratom for her pain for the past 4 years. She has a powder form that she mixes with hot water and lemon juice, and while it tastes like dirt, it's been nothing short of miraculous for her. Gone are the random sleep spells where she would doze off constantly all day. Her memory has greatly improved, as has her cognitive functioning. Her pain level is, at minimum, 20% better than even her best pain relief from opioids. Another side effect from the opioids that I forgot to mention earlier was severe constipation, the point of her being in the hospital twice for blockages. She would barely use the restroom twice a week. Now, she's typically able to go every day, with occasional days where she doesn't, but again, a significant improvement. Her life is better in every quantifiable way on Kratom when compared to opioids. The chronic pain forums are replete with stories like hers; people in serious, legitimate pain who've had their lives significantly improved by Kratom.
As with many things, Kratom has the potential for abuse. I'm sick and tired of the government coming in to regulate or ban every single thing that has abuse potentials, especially when that same thing also benefits a great many people. We need to get back to the idea of personal responsibility, and move away from this nanny state bullshit mentality that says we need big brother to make laws to protect us from ourselves. We've already lost a great many freedoms, and the slippery slope will only continue.
What do you mean ‘specifically’? Metformin (Glumetza®) and its generic is FDA approved.None of these drugs are specifically FDA approved and therefore subject to seizure.
The only difference between a controlled substance and a prescribed notion drug seizure is the letter you get. CBP for controlled drugs, FDA (a much friendlier letter). for everything else.
With all of us buying 2-3 years worth of prescription drugs I can see them thinking that.only reason I could think of metformin getting seized is quantity, ie thinking it was purchased to resell w/o prescription via anti-aging clinic or underground/greymarket
Cildinipine. I'll have to try that. I currently use amlodipine but apparently the former is stronger?I was mistaken, it's 3 packages with a total of 3.5k cilnidipine. I've ordered a bunch in other orders, but this is the bigger chunk of them.
Prayers up for all our incoming cilnidipine packs!
Both cleared customs this morning.I just had two packs enter customs today... fingers crossed
Amlodipine has a longer half life and blocks L channels onlyCildinipine. I'll have to try that. I currently use amlodipine but apparently the former is stronger?
Hey @Ghoul I've been trying to contact you for a few weeks about an Indian Source you mentioned a while back but never heard from you. I'll shoot you another DM when you get a chance.None of these drugs are specifically FDA approved and therefore subject to seizure.

The question is what to do if seizures trigger future scrutiny. The FDA love letter will rely on technicalities to seize your order, whether or not the drug is approved in the US, whether the package inserts are there, whether or not they are packaged correctly, if the dosage is not recognized, if the amount is more than a recognized 90 day US supply, etc
Again, if you have a prescription and are willing to reach out to the FDA you can appeal to have your medication released.
However, I suspect a mesobro would have a hard time arguing to get the release of 500 pills of 600mg Modafanil from Ranga's House of Pharmacy for example.

I don't think he answers DMs. He gets tons of them everyday from people who don't want to use the search engine and spend a few hours of their time reading.Hey @Ghoul I've been trying to contact you for a few weeks about an Indian Source you mentioned a while back but never heard from you.
