Also consider higher potency drugs as you layer in 3rd/4th lines.

Azilsartan is the strongest ARB, you can add in one of the many diuretics, nebivolol for a 4th class (beta blockers).

I personally prefer using something like empagliflozin which has dramatic pro longevity effects, protecting the kidneys/heart/insulin sensitivity, while also lowering BP in a diuretic like fashion. Not as dramatic as a diuretic on the BP fromt though.

In your case, 3rd/4th layers are a good idea as well as figuring out why it’s that high in the first place. Did you have high BP previously?
Thanks. I did not. Been on TRT since April. Did a blast over the summer that ended at 600 test. BP system creeping during the cycle and hasn't come down. I ran 120mg test for a month after the cycle.

I recently saw a paper from the doctor in May and I was like 115/65. Never had high BP in my life.

Thanks everyone. I'm hoping the 159 today was an outlier. I have two cuffs and one always reads high. The other is usually in line with what I see at the doc.

Tonight's reading was 132/74. I'm bumping the telm back to 80mg as it was at 40mg for a bit.

First order with these guys and blown away by the speed and accuracy of delivery. Best prices I've seen as well. 20 days from payment confirmation to delivery to US East Coast and not a single thing missing. Well done @PCT24X7 PHARMACY

Will be ordering again soon.

Hey on you India packs. Did they show any tracking after it said inbound into customs. Because there's an estimate showing by pack should be here next week. But no tracking beyond inbound to customs. I have ordered since they've started doing tariffs. Been about 3-4 days now in Inbound to customs. Used to if it didn't make it out in about around a day before tariffs. It was always snagged and got a love letter in the past by CBP.
Another order successfully made it through. The order was broken into 4 packs and all 4 made it direct from India. This is by far THE best vendor for ancillaries and the prices can'r be beat. Total time from first pack to last pack was about 15 days total averaging .

Just reiterating what has been said more times than I can count but professionalism and service is a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale. Can't say enough good things about PCT24X7. My order was placed late last month and arrived before the log jam at ICS New York;.

Truly one of the top 3 if not the top vendor here given selection and price. I have been in this game for 25 years so waiting 15 days for delivery is nothing. I remember when 30 days was the minimum and overseas sources would tell you if after 90 days you haven't received or gotten a letter then they would "work" with you about a potential reship.

Well, it's not like that ATM. It is right at their busiest time of the year. I have seen packages this month not show anything after that until they arrive at a distribution center close to where I live.

I have a pack that never even made it to customs. It's not a PCT24x7 pack, but this thread sees a lot of shipping, so it seemed relevant in that regard. Made it to ISC New York and just died on 12/7. Maybe it just missed the scan into Customs? But it's just potassium, so I'm not sure what the hell could be the holdup. My thinking is it got sent at the worst possible time during holiday season, and it's now a situation of "first in, last out." Plus, they had that storm which compounded all the delays... and wasn't there a shooting one day? Probably someone needing their potassium.

I currently have two incoming from PCT24x7. One sailed through ISC New York and is almost here already. Crazy fast and easily beat one above in limbo... like 8 days from time of acceptance to time of delivery. Other one staggered to send later and all is well with that one, too.

Same, if it goes into customs and says inbound into customs for more that 3-5 days, look for that love letter,

On all 4 packs I used parcelsapp.com. Before making it to the US it showed multiple loading/flights. When they did reach the US it did show inbound and outbound ICS New York then was a little funky. It also gave me an estimated delivery date though and each one was delivered before the estimated delivery date.

So to answer your question yes it did show inbound ICS New York. and outbound. Some didn't update for around 4-5 days about being outbound so I wouldn't worry too much yet if it's been 3 days on hold inbound. Plus for some reason the weekends didn't update until Monday or Tuesday the following week.

Also call me paranoid but I rarely if ever use the actual USPS website to track packages. In my head I feel like if you use that to track it multiple times it raises a red flag in there system. I feel using 3rd party websites to track things doesn't communicate with USPS and doesn't raise red flags. I have absolutely no hard data to back that theory up just my experience.
