MESO-Rx Sponsor PCT 24X7 "1 stop shop for all day healthcare"

Has anyone had an issue with ordering insulin from here? My concern is, do they store it refrigerated? And it takes about 21-28 days to ship here to USA, so it won’t be refrigerated/cooled during shipping.

Insulin should be stored at 34-46 degrees F for storage or it’s only good at room temperature for approx 28 days

It should be like HCG. Comes in powder form you need to mix it yourself. Once you mix it then it has to be refrigerated.

Have never had issues with potency, but I only order during winter. 10ml fiasp vials.

Insulin comes as a liquid
Most of the time it's in pen carts.

That was my thought too, winter is the best time to let it sit in a shipping container. Placed a year supply of humalog 200iu pens (rapid) this morning

I spoke with @PCT24X7 PHARMACY and he confirmed that they do keep it refrigerated at their pharmacy
If it makes you feel any better, while I no longer use insulin, when I did I never had an issue with potency having it transported from over seas.

Hey @Jsilk757 It may vary from state to state, but in general, it is possible to purchase insulin from a Walmart pharmacy, no prescription required. Cost ~$25. In case you need some ASAP while waiting for an order from PCT24x7 :)

I appreciate it. But I prefer the rapid type. Walmart doesn’t offer it in rapid form without prescription

But this is my first go around with adding insulin to my 7iu hgh post workout meal. I think the rapid is a bit easier to plan around for my current need

I can confrim this. If you need Novolon-R or N, you can walk into just about any walmart pharmacy and simply ask for it. No script. Best price around by far. They locked in a super low price long ago with the manufacturer.

You I’m aware and in a pinch it could workout but in prefer Rapid and Novolon-R isn’t truly rapid
  • Novolin R (Regular / “R”)
    • Onset: ~30 minutes
    • Peak: ~2–4 hours
    • Duration: ~5–8 hours
    • Typical meal timing: dose ~30 minutes before eating
  • Rapid-acting analogs (e.g., insulin lispro like Humalog, insulin aspart like NovoLog, insulin glulisine like Apidra)
    • Onset: ~10–20 minutes (sometimes sooner)
    • Peak: ~1–3 hours
    • Duration: ~3–5 hours
    • Typical meal timing: dose 0–15 minutes before eating (sometimes right after)

Completely understood. The rapid acting and bolus insulins can only be obtained by script.

Im on PCT247's Zaleplon. Its great. I use it about 2 times per week. Much better than zopiclone or zopidem, espeacially for onset-sleep and no next day sides.
I picked some up on your (and others’) posts and it does absolutely nothing for me. Zopi is great, eszopi has its place, but zaleplon basically zero effect. Funny how human biology differs so dramatically.

Could anyone send me the most up to date price sheet please I would really appreciate it. I am new to this vendor.
