I’ve never had any issues with the insulin ,I’ve gotten multiple humalog pens and they all functioned how they should have and this was during the summer months.
I think the storage constraints for temperature is more critical once the medication has been opened and you start using it.
I also have a few diabetic friends who leave their pens out in ambient room temperature without issue even after they start using the medication.

i use 10ml vials and def can't finish those in a month, this is a random study i found via google where they tried simulating insulin use in kenya, (hot temp, inability to keep it cool etc)

it does degrade under high heat and it's usually visible

That’s good info. I buy carts or pens because of the “28 day stability” I can save a lot of money buying 10ml vials

I wasn’t trying to insinuate that there wasn’t potential for degradation I was just saying that in my experience l had not had an issue with the insulins effectiveness post shipping in high temps.
I’m also not using vials I get the pens.
But this is good information to have, thank you!

It takes him 3-5 business days after receiving payment info to send tracking on average. He does not respond after sending payment info until then.

Yeah, he hasn’t even billed me yet. Just no response. I’m mostly replenishing dutasteride and anastrozole with some other odds and ends. Are there other trusted pharma vendors? Just liked this guy because he’s been reliable, and at least to date, responsive.

The Modvigil seems to be the best bang/buck. I believe that is what most people end up getting. Same pharma company that makes the ARTVIGIL in the Armodafinil.

Sorry for the generic response but I like Healing Pharma because it’s cheap & it has a little QR code on it for the batch’s lab testing. Not even sure if they carry it for Moda/Armoda but the branding is great.
