After my last cycle I decided to keep a diary of how I felt day to day going through pct. My previous one was very rough and I really struggled with it. I noticed that a few people ask how it feels to be going through pct so I thought I would share my own experience of what it was like.

Pct day 1. 300/60/1
Feel good, sex drive there, serious stomach cramps two hours after taking clo and nolv. Random erections.
2. 100/40
Sex drive huge!!!!! Bit overwhelmed at times but thats nothing new.
3. 100/40/0.5
Not thought about sex at all. Typical clomid spots appearing. Low motivation for training and diet. Low mood, felt quite upset, anxious and depressed for a while.

Low motivation for training, mood fine.
5.100/40/0.5
Low motivation for training, mood okay, not felt depressed or anxious at all. Woke up with a lot of blood in my nose. Seriously painful balls in the evening, had a shit load of awesome sex! First time I noticed the effect Clomid has on eyesight, poor night vision.

Didn't want to go and train, but still did. Mood up and down, mostly up though. Hope pct continues in this direction.

Not good, didn't train but will catch up over weekend.

Hot sweats after bath in morning. Feel just about ill! Awful morning legs session, totally battling with my mind. Feel weak, small and fat.
I don't like pct!! At all! Although 1/4 way through!!I'm so distressed mood total opposite by the end of the day!noticed how more toned I look, loosing water weight I guess.

Smashing weights, smashing life, keep it up! Feel horrendous in evening, paranoid, anxious, depressed hugely. Felt like crying . I love pct.

Even worse than yesterday, felt numb and broken by end of the day.

Much better day. Hard to tell what is affecting mood as there is a lot of stress at the moment. Felt more balanced and motivation for training is back again.

Day started well, good mood. Looking forward to doing legs later with new knee sleeves. Much better day all round.

Mood fine, not thought about sex for days. Hard to tell what is causing me to feel what, as the stresses of life at the moment aren't normal. I'm sure pct will be playing a part in how I feel though. Seriously motivated to train. Just want to keep pushing!!! Feel so much more like myself. Thank fuck!!!!
