Hey guys so i was just wondering is Clomid only on a 500MG a week Test E only cycle good? My buddy who i get my stuff through told me it was fine and to run some JYM ZMA along with it.

I prefer Nolva over Clomid. PCT should begin 2 wks after your last shot of test E.
Dosing at 40/20/20/20. Meaning 40mg nolva/day for the first week, and 20mg/day for the last three weeks.
Did you look in HCG?

OP,
You need to do your research before starting any cycle. PCT is just as, if not more important than your cycle. PCT should be Clomid and Nolvadex together.
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolvadex 40/20/20/20
The last four weeks of your cycle leading up to PCT you should run HCG at 1000 iu's a week (if you're not running HCG during your cycle) and stop right before starting Clomid and Nolvadex.
Also you may want to incorporate an AI at low doses.
Go do your homework.

Draw your own conclusions....... but take warning starting Pct any shorter than 4 weeks may prove to be a huge injustice to your hpta.... (although I'm fan of start at 3 weeks run for 5 weeks pct)

False. That is too soon. You're not doing yourself any good starting pct too early; you're doing the opposite.
You want minimum 4 weeks until pct with that dose/compound. I still feel test e in my system 3.5 weeks after my last shot.
