The site title comes up that way in every search engine, not just google. Anyone that believes this is an "error" is a moron. Now not caring is another thing because he may be using it for more hits. Which is most likely the case here.

Bill Roberts and whom ever has the power would call them out regardless of their VPN blocking or ip spoofing.

I'm not very persuaded by your answer to "b". Having a website for things like gear and such is illegal in America. Having a server hosted here is a complete breach on security. Also to have names tied to american soil is also a huge no no... If your already in a safe country, why sabotage your entire gig for a simple few haters?

I'm sure having his name on eroids gets him way more buys/followers than he would ever by trying to source on meso. So him impersonating another person for a huge risk simply for what.. 10 or so packs a week??
