PCT Training

I understand when "on" training is supposed to be different than when "off". Yes the intensity goes up, but for the program only a slight increase in volume if any. During training when "off" typically every 6 - 8 weeks you go through strategic deconditioning, whether it be an active rest or light light weight training.

When on a twelve week cycle do you work straight through never taking a break? Do you take one at the end of the cycle, in the middle, not at all?

My guess would be to take a light week before the first injection. A light week at week 7, and for PCT low volume and high weight/intensity.

Does enhanced recovery through the steroids make a light week in the middle of the cycle unnessacary? How would you change the diet during PCT?

(this is for a bulking cycle)

I tarin as hard during pct as during the cycle - in fact I usually find that I gain right through pct real good - both weight and strength
 
Everyone is different.

Just workout as hard as you can before, during, and pct.
Add intensifiers during the cycle. Just go to failure when off.

See how that works out for you.
