I want to know what is your general and the best pct plan for a 11 weeks of 500 mg/ml weekly of test c only cycle ?
I didn't run hcg on my cycle , I take only aromasin 12.5 mg eod
my plan is :
on weeks #10-13 : hcg 500 iu two times per week
weeks # 12-13 : wait for steroid to clear out + hcg as above
weeks # 14-17 pct : clomid @ 50/50/25/25 and nolva @ 40/20/20/20
tell me what do u think ? is it ok or must change ?

Some may say since you did not run the HCG on cycle. Then it would need to be higher. You should research and decide that for yourself. The one thing I would like to mention. Some have a poor reaction to Clomid. If this is the case for you. Then, as an opinion, being a test only cycle, dropping it and only using Nolva would more than likely be adequate. Aromasin should be run 12.5 ED not everyother day because of the half life. Alot of bros get confused with arimidex so they think aromasin is also EOD.

Personally in the past I've run aromasin for my full cycle and then I increased the dosage to 25 ED for pct along with nolva 40ed for 2 weeks then 20ed for the last two weeks.

Run your hCG up to about 3 days before you begin your PCT.

I agree with member above - Aromasin = 12.5mg every day (9 hour half life in MEN) *unless blood work suggest more/less .*

I highly recommend you stretch that cycle out to at least 12-14 weeks. That's a long ester and will take a number of weeks to spool up.

PCT is fine.

You should also look into using test prop the last two weeks this way you only have to wait 3 days for pct. Drop the cyp two weeks prior to pct.

I mixed my Hcg with 2ml of sterile water and 1ml of b complex which contain benzyl alcohol because i didn't found bac water , my question is how long can i use this ? is there any need to worry about that because of infection or it's would be safe ? I pined two 500 iu/week without any problem and this week is my second week , i'm little worry .

Bac water contains 0.9% (.009)Benzyl Alcohol. Vitamin B12 contains 2% (.02) Benzyl Alcohol. So if we assume the dilution of preservative to be in a linear fashion. When you added 2ml of sterile water to 1ml of B. Then you would have .02/3. Which would give you .0067. So is that enough preservative to be effective?


I am no chemist. The above makes some assumptions that may not be valid. I apologize, but I simply don't have the knowledge base to give you an accurate answer. You will have to do some research and make a decision. Hopefully someone more informed and/or experienced will see your post and provide an answer. Good Luck.

Depends on how much BA is in your B-complex. You need 0.09 of BA to make 10 mL of Bac Water. This is ridiculously easy to make at home. Or you can buy it at your local pharmacy for under 15$.
